We have been getting a lot of questions (which is great! Keep em coming), but I wanted to clarify some things and tell you guys some stuff. You can pick ANY song, from ANY genre in music. As well as ANY pairing, and ANY category using the Twilight universe. Cool?
Also, the most important thing is to interpret the song to the best of your ability. If you want to use the lyrics in the one-shot, knock yourself out! But you have to make sure you stick to the LYRICS of your chosen song. For example, if I wanted to use California Gurls by Katy Perry, the entry should be about California, girls in bikini tops and shorts, and partying at the beach, NOT women dressed as candy canes, angry gingerbread men and a whipped cream bra. Do we understand each other? Good! :)
There is no right or wrong way to define the song you
use to tell your story. All you must do is stay true to what the song
speaks of.

Asking the rest of our "staff" is great to, but there might be some questions they won't be able to answer. Whether it's because we haven't discussed it or we didn't think about it.
